  • Due to the digital nature of the product, returns are not accepted unless the file is defective or incorrect.
  • Prices include applicable taxes according to Spanish regulations.

4. Booking of Photography Services

  • A deposit is required to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the final price.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 4 days in advance.
  • The photographer will deliver the work within the agreed timeframe unless prevented by force majeure.
  • The client must provide all necessary information for the proper execution of the service.

Creating an account may be required to make purchases or book services.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
The website owner may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the purchase of a digital photograph grants a license that is:

For commercial, editorial, or extended licenses, the client must request a specific agreement.

The currency will be agreed upon between the buyer and seller in case of any dispute or disagreement.
Payments are processed through the platforms enabled on the website.
The website owner does not store banking information, in compliance with PCI-DSS and LSSI requirements.
